I am a true medium top and between medium and large on bottom! I got the medium dress! I don’t have small shoulders but I don’t feel like they are super broad. This dress fits amazing! It’s loose enough in the chest and shoulder area but not baggy!!👌🏻 the length is perfect for any event! If you’re a mama you know what I mean!🤭🥰
