• Handling Time: Orders will be shipped within 1-2 business days from NW Iowa.
• Shipping cost on U.S. orders under $100 are $6.99
• Orders over $100 will be eligible for FREE shipping in the U.S.
• Transit time of 5-8 business days and we will always INCLUDE a TRACKING NUMBER on your shipment.
• Are you a Local NW IA customer and want to pick-up your order? Simply select that option when checking out and reply to your "ready for pickup" email with day/time to arrange your order pick-up.
• We understand things can happen and if you would receive damaged items. Be sure to contact us, with pictures as received, within 3 days to work things out.
• Disclaimer: All tags must be cut off with a scissors. Not responsible for holes from tags being ripped out instead of cut out.
• If we receive your package back in the mail due to inaccurate or undeliverable addresses, you will be responsible for any reshipping costs. There will be no refunds or replacements for orders marked as delivered.
