Classy Closet Return & Exchange Policy

We hope you love your Classy Closet finds! 💙 But we understand that sometimes an item just doesn't work out. We're happy to help make the return process as simple as possible.

FREE U.S. RETURN SHIPPING WITH CHECKOUT+

We offer FREE return shipping on eligible U.S. orders when you purchase Checkout+ at checkout.

  • Purchased Checkout+? Your return shipping label is covered for eligible free returns!

  • Didn't purchase Checkout+? No worries! You can still return eligible items by providing your own prepaid shipping label or purchasing a return shipping label from us for $8.95.

All returns must meet the qualifications outlined below.

RETURN QUALIFICATIONS

  • Regular-priced items may be returned within 14 days of purchase for Classy Closet store credit.

  • Store credit will be sent to the email address associated with your order and will be valid for 12 months from the date of the return.

  • Items must be in their original, unused, and unworn condition, with original tags attached.

  • Items returned in unacceptable condition will not be eligible for store credit. Customers will be responsible for shipping charges to have those items returned to them.

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

FINAL SALE ITEMS

All SALE items and accessories (including jewelry, hats, tanks, leggings, bralettes, gloves, and drinkware) are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned or refunded.

Size exchanges for the exact same item may be allowed if the requested size is available.

Purchasing Checkout+ does not change final-sale restrictions or return eligibility.
