"All of our rings are gold plated stainless steel. Because stainless steel is a strong material, our pieces hold up through everyday wear and tear. No jewelry is designed for water as every time jewelry gets wet, it will slowly remove some of its platting. Every day washing hands and dishes will not affect the color of the metal but continued water exposure will eventually remove the plating, as with any jewelry. We recommend taking off all jewelry during showers and swimming to prolong the life of any jewelry piece. Personally, I have worn the same rings for over 3 years now and they have not turned colors, I take them off when showering but leave them on with washing hands and dishes."

Once the temp hits below the 30s, I struggle to find enough layers to keep from shivering and my fingers from freezing, but with this top NO LAYERING NECESSARY!
I sat at the computer all day without adding a blanket to my shoulders (still had fuzzy socks on ;) ). I wasn't chilly when I wore it to church. And on the cold/windy day I wore it under my chores clothes layers, I was SO HOT and SWEATING! (lesson learned). I washed it after that and the fabric did not get weird, no pills and the fleece is still nice! I am looking forward to pairing it with colorful and patterned skirts or pants this winter ANY TIME we have to go out! (think: looking cute while out for supper at the restaurant that keeps the AC on despite the snow outside). ;)
I would not think of this as a 'layering fleece'. It is just loose enough around my torso and arms to feel like a shirt, and it's not skin hugging. Would work under a shaket or loose cardigan.
It's short enough to tuck into a slightly higher waisted bottom, could be front tucked, or left out, and still looks nice!
Not likely a good choice for those who are naturally warm - you will get hot! :) I am always cold and I love this top!
